We operate a fleet of more than 100 tugs and barges and more than 10 bulk dry carriers. including five supramax vessels, which help us deliver mineral products at competitive prices. Shipping activities continue to form the core of our business. We’re always looking to build from a position of strength.
At the helm of this expansion has been our senior management team. Guided by years of experience, they have built up our fleet through careful acquisitions, charter agreements, and strategic cooperation with our growing list of partners.
By using large ore carriers, we’ve been able to grow our business and expand our transportation network to reach other Asian markets, including China.

Our mining operations are primarily focused on nickel, a naturally occurring element that is central to the nascent development of more sustainable energy solutions.

Our extensive mining operations focus on nickel ore in sites throughout Indonesia. Through a combination of exploration and extraction, we’re helping Indonesia harness the power of its natural resources and realize its full potential. Our main nickel concession is located on Kabaena Island in the Flores Sea, just off the coast of Sulawesi. From this location in the heart of the archipelago, covering a total area of 1,026 hectares, we produce around 2 million metric tons of nickel ore each year and growing. These mining operations are spearheaded by a pair of subsidiaries within our group.
COAL TRADING
DAIDAN sources coal from several mining operations in Kalimantan and Australia, which is then used to supply coal-fired power plants in Sulawesi.
